These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReuseNotes ("we", "us", "our") at reusenotes.com and the associated web application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ReuseNotes lets you create reusable notes, prompts, emails, and templates using smart variables, so you can update a value once and reuse it everywhere. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

• ReuseNotes uses passwordless, email-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes, templates, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

5. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) to remain free. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software (excluding Your Content), is owned by ReuseNotes and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReuseNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
