About ReuseNotes
Write it once. Never rewrite it again.
ReuseNotes is a simple tool for people who find themselves typing the same information over and over — names, companies, links, project details, prompt instructions, email boilerplate. Instead of editing the same text in a dozen places, ReuseNotes lets you define a value once as a smart variable and reuse it everywhere.
The problem we solve
If you send outreach emails, write cover letters, manage AI prompt templates, or maintain documentation, you already know the pain: you copy an old note, then hunt through it to swap out the name, the company, the role, the link. It's slow, and it's easy to miss one and send something with the wrong details.
ReuseNotes fixes this by separating your content from your variables.
Write a note once using placeholders like {{companyName}} or
{{personName}}. Set those values in one place. Every note updates instantly,
and copying a finished, filled-in version is a single click.
What you can do with it
- AI prompt templates — keep reusable prompts with swappable inputs.
- Sales & job outreach — personalize messages without rewriting them.
- Freelancers & agencies — reuse proposals and client boilerplate.
- Teams & documentation — keep shared snippets consistent.
How it works
- Create a note and drop in variables using the
{{variable}}syntax. - Define each variable's value once in the sidebar.
- Organize notes with tags, pin the important ones, and arrange them however you like.
- Click copy — ReuseNotes fills in every variable and copies the final text for you.
